The Oaks Volunteer Center is for Oaks volunteers. In order to be a recognized as an Oaks volunteer and an active part of the ministry, volunteers participate in the Oaks training cohort that runs parallel to the training content. The cohort meets in-person and virtually for meetings to integrate knowledge from the provided content and provide group supervision.

The cohorts run each year starting in the fall.
